Special Circumstances

Bundle Purchases

For bundle purchases, refunds are processed for the entire bundle. Individual routine refunds from bundles are not available unless there are technical issues with specific content.

Personalized Routines

Due to the custom nature of personalized routines, these are eligible for refund only if the content doesn't meet the agreed specifications or if there are technical delivery issues.

Promotional Offers

Items purchased during promotional periods are subject to the same refund policy. However, promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
